This large family house overlooking a golf course was originally built in the 1920s and although the exterior was still impressive, the interior was dated and in need of modernisation. The client wanted to add a large extension at the back of the house to give them a large sun room extending off the kitchen downstairs and a luxurious en-suite bathroom off the master bedroom.
